01.Why Seepage Keeps Coming Back
Most seepage repairs fail because the contractor only treats the symptom — repainting the damp patch — instead of locating and sealing the actual water source. Within 3–6 months, the damp returns. A permanent fix requires identifying whether the water is coming from a leaking pipe, terrace pooling, neighbor's bathroom, or rising dampness from the foundation.
02.Step 1: Accurate Source Detection
EzeeTask engineers use thermal imaging combined with moisture meters and pressure testing to pinpoint the source. We never start treatment without knowing where the water is entering. This single step is what separates a 3-month patch from a 3-year fix.
03.Step 2: Chemical Injection or Membrane
For interior walls, we use polyurethane (PU) chemical injection that expands inside hairline cracks and seals them permanently. For terraces and external walls, we apply multi-layer waterproof membranes (APP, EPDM or liquid-applied) that flex with temperature changes.
04.Step 3: Surface Restoration
Once the source is sealed, we redo the affected area with anti-fungal primer, putty, and 2 coats of moisture-resistant paint. The repaired area is indistinguishable from the rest of the wall.
05.Warranty You Can Trust
All EzeeTask seepage work comes with a 3-month warranty. If the dampness returns in the treated area within the warranty period, we redo the work at no charge. Over 95% of our seepage jobs never need a callback.
